Anniversary Card
This was written during lockdown in 2020 to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of a prominent member of the Oxford Composition Workshop, Tim Cook. It was produced as a video showing the artwork of lots of anniversary greetings cards, and the middle section contained a schmaltzy verse from one of those, recited by me. This version has only the music, which starts with piano and then brings in full orchestra, aping Malcolm Arnold and William Walton in their ceremonial styles.

Song Without Words
My oldest friend, Malcolm Bourner, passed away in 2021, and a harpist played at his funeral service. Subsequently I composed this piece for Flute and Harp in memory of Malcolm. It remembers his integrity, optimism and occasional frivolity. PLAY VIEW SCORE
